Hieronymus Bosch, Dutch painter, is one of my all time favorites for his phenomenal creativity and imagery. His work is strangely beautiful; jam packed with stories and creatures like I never seen before. Little is known about his life, but historians estimate he was born around 1450. I have seen both The Garden of Earthly Delights, in Madrid and Temptation of St. Anthony in Lisbon, Portugal. I must say they are even more amazing in person. There is just so much going on, they demand your attention. And they deserve it because they are incredible. A.m.a.z.i.n.g.
